It's been sometime since i published my website i've made changes and now I'm
trying to publish my website using FTP, I'm ok on the Remote Web site
location but I don't know where I would find the FTP Directory can you point
me in the right direction?

If your site has FrontPage extensions do NOT use FTP - this will break the
extensions.
Instead, use File->publish and type in the destination in the form
http://example.com/

You may need http://www.example.com/

or either of these without the trailing /

If there are no FP extensions, your host, or website FAQs, will tell you how
and where to FTP your site.
