I have 2 different web sites that my Frontpage Forms do not work with. I
have read every article and followed every instruction/tutorial on forms.
The message I receive is that the form requires a web host that has frontpage
server extensions installed - contact your host or web master. Both hosting
companies claim to have frontpage server extensions and say the problem is
mine alone. I have a third web site hosted by yet another company and my
forms work beautifully.

Is it me or them???

Does the host(s) in question have the FrontPage forms to email transport
enabled and set up for your web?

How about a URL for the problem page?

I am also having difficulty with my form that has a mailto. One day, it
simply stopped working. I have contacted my very helpful isp and he has
tried lots of different tactics to make the form work...but it doesn't.
On submit, I get the error message below:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
The URL is below, if anyone has any ideas. I am a relative newbie and this
is stumping me.
Thanks in advance!

Remove the mail to tag from the form
<a href="mailto:expositorsub.......">
then right click the form for form properties and set an email address and subject under Options
