Author Where is "IIS default Vroot info" ? ?

Source Server DELL GX400, 256MB RAM, OS=W2K Server

60GB web site on a slave 80GB hard drive.

Target Server DELL PowerEdge 2600, 4GB RAM, OS=W2k3 Enterprise

MSFP 5.0 on both.

Error = Microsoft ProntPage Server Extensions:
Error reading IIS default Vroot info

The error on the screen said - ran out of memory trying to allocate 0 bytes.

Where is the IIS default Vroot info stored? Is this a permissions problem?
Or is something missing on the source server, or destination server?

Any help, pointers, thought-provoking ideas, or comments are appreciated.

Thank You very much,
