Can I view Front Page .asp files?

Can I view .asp files that were written in FrontPage? Message received is
"Cannot open file service.lck for writing".

I no-longer have this as a active loaded web, all I have access to is the
folder structure which I open in FrontPage 2000 but can't view anything.

Access to see the pages for a current project I am working on would be most
helful.
Help? Thanks!
