| I´m not an MVP, but as far as I understand you run the operating system
Windows 2002 on your computer. The one to install any FP extensions is not
you, but the web hotel you use.
Many of the error messages in Windows are misleading. Indeed, error messages
have always been a problem. Most of the time, don´t pay attention to the
message, just accept that something is wrong
