Author Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 error #160008

I am running MS Windows 2003 Server with FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions.
I
have several sites that I host via IIS 6 and they have been working fine.
Then one day, my feedback pages stopped working. The forms were handled via
server extensions and were working fine. I had them set up to log feedback
in an Excel spreadsheet and send me an email. I was getting the emails up
until about 3 weeks ago. I get the following error in my servers
application
event log:

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: FrontPage 5.0
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 12/7/2004
Time: 2:57:57 PM
User: N/A
Computer: PRECEDENCE-DC
Description:
Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions:
http://precedenceonline.com - Error #160008 Message: The E-Mail address
'user@host.com' contains illegal characters.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

NOTE: "user@host.com" is generic. Doesn't matter what is in there.

I only have the one email address that the form processes. Additionally, I
removed the "At Sign" (@) and processed it with a "dash" (-) and it was sent
successfully to my ISP server, although the server could not find the
account. I got an email from my ISP's server saying account does not exist.
So I know my SMTP server and relay server work properly. It just seems that
there is an LDAP setting or something that got corrupted and it considers
the
"@" as an illegal character.

I am have scoured all the search engines and all over the web for an answer
to this problem. I am an IT Administrator and have a thorough background in
Microsoft systems integration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, XP,
2003
Server, etc. I am also a web designer, so I am very experienced in
designing
pages with FrontPage and Dreamweaver. Needless to see, this has really
puzzled me.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!!!
