| Is there a site out there that explains how the search works from a template
page. Does it index the site? when I try to use it I just get to a
conformation page that tells me what varriable values were. it looks
something like this:
Form Confirmation
Thank you for submitting the following information:
T1: dsfgdf
B1: Submit
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
TIA

| That is not the way a search form works, a URL to the page will help to
diagnose the problem.
See http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/search_form.htm for an example of a
working FrontPage search form (the number of pages in /tests/ is very
limited, so restrict your search items to what is on the page to guarantee a
successful result.)

Here is a URL to the material I wrote up about the Index Server some time ago.
Unfortunately, microsoft has redesigned their site and none of the links work
any more. You will have to take them as a clue and look for the pages in the
current site by finding the library, and then moving down to similar volumes,
etc.
