IE "Edit with Frontpage" problem

| When I bring up my site in IE, the "Edit w/FP" Button does not display. I do
have FP extensions enabled, as this works on other machines, just problems
with the one. I have tried detect and repair. It brings it back for a day or
so, then disappears again.
Any other suggestions?

| Empty the Temporary Internet Files folder.
In IE, Tools->Internet Options - General tab
Click the Delete Files button.
