I created a website using MS Frontpage 2002, which included a feedback form.
I then published the website to the internet. The form didn't work when the
submit button was clicked - Got a page stating Frontpage 2002 extensions were
not available. I went through the service provider settings and found that I
needed to enable the extensions. I did this, re-published the web and got the
same message.
I tried re-creating the form and re-publishing it, but still the same problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this.
I am publishing the web using the publish web button on Frontpage 2002 with
my FTP address for the site

You must publish the web using http:// not ftp://
Use the FrontPage menu File->Publish Web . In the publish web destination
make sure you are publishing to an address like http://websitename.com/ and
change it from ftp:// if necessary.
(When the address is correct and the web published, you can then use the
Publish button again to publish updates to http://websitename.com )

Using FTP to publish will break the FP extensions. The extensions may have
to be repaired or re-installed.
