Password problem on frontpage

All of a sudden, after changing my password to my server I can not log into
Frontpage to access my website pages and edit them. It keep giving me the
login box, I type in my user id and password and it doesn't recognize the
password.

the user id and password are correct as my host can log into my account with
them

my host is rts hosting and they have no clue what the issue is. My
Frontpage extensiosna re installed...

any advice?
