Error wehn installing frontpage extensions

| Hi.. WHnever I try to install the frontpage 2002 server extensions, I get an
error saying "Error 5 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Classes\.bpp"
Does anyone have any idea what this is and how to get around it?

| XP Professional with SP2
I am also running FrontPage 2003.
