| What may actually be happening is when you move the files from your CD they
are getting flagged as "read-only", since CD files are read-only by default.
Once you move them you can right-click the properties of the files or folder
that contains them, select the properties, and uncheck the read-only
checkbox. You may have to create a new web first, then use the File | Import
function to bring the old web files into the new empty web.
