FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows - Need Server Extension Resource Kit

I am running winXP Pro and have installed IIS, FP gives an error message saying 'download server extension resource kit.'
I am using an email form and it doesnt perform. I am told to down load it from MS Site and the site is no longer valid. having a similiar result with secure pages form.
