Hi

I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my search component to work on
my web site that I am hosting. Keep getting page unable to be displayed
error.

It used to work before I reinstalled IIS 6.0 and all the other extns
seem to be OK (hit counter & enquiry form).

I remember having this problem when I first set it up but I can't
remember how I fixed it.

I have enabled the indexing service and have set it to track the site.
The catalog is under Intepub. I reinstalled server extns and upgraded
to 2002.

I seem to remember having to allow the
indexing extn but it doesn't appear in IIS web extns.

In Home Directory I have set it to Index this Resource.

What have I missed?

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like the search process doesn't have rights to your web. And I
can't remember the account that is used. You should ask in the
Public.Inetserver.Indexserver newsgroup.
