FrontPage 2003 states that the server extensions are not installed - but they are.

| FrontPage 2003 is installed on the web server (Windows 2000). I am trying to publish my web pages from the development folder to the http:// address. There are two problems that I can see. First, the Publish dialogue form does not automatically find my
web server. In the address field, it just displays “http://” instead of “http://websvr.” Second, when I try to publish the web pages, I get an error message stating that the server extensions may not be loaded. They are loaded. Thank you for
any help that you can provide.

| In the publish dialogue form, I did enter the correct http:// address and tried to publish the web pages. I got the error, “Unable to open 'http://servername... Server Error: The web server at "http://servername" does not appear to have Windows sharepo
int services installed. Possible causes:
1. The web server may not have the frontpage server extensions installed
2. the web server may be temporarily out of service
3. if you are connecint through a proxy server the proxy server settings may be incorrect
4. an error may have occurred in the web server
The extensions are installed. The web server is up and running. I am not connecting through a proxy.
I am at a loss. Thank you for any help that you can provide.
