Post a form as Email generates FrontPage Error

A webbot form that sends the form as email, created in FrontPage, that had been working on IIS 5, does not work on IIS 6.

Oddly, it still sends the email, but on submission, a generic "FrontPage Error - check application logs" is displayed. No error is logged on the server.

How do I fix this?
