Please help, getting - Server Error: Client Closed Connnection

| I have been tring to publish my new website for a week
now.
I'm using Frontpage 98 with Windows ME
My ISP is through Cox cable. Never have had a problem
downloading or uploading files before, so I don't think
they are the problem.
When I try to publish the site I get the error message
Server Error: Client closed connection
I have checked with my ISP and there are no problems there.
My web host even tried pulishing a webpage to my site
through frontpage and everything worked fine. They told
me that Frontpage 98 should work for me.
I am new to Frontpage and am getting so frustrated. I
would be so thankful if anyone can point me in the right
direction or give me an idea of what might be wrong.
