FrontPage and IIS question

| Hi all
I have Win XP Profesional version 2002 sp1.
I try to use Microsoft InterDev 6.0 and it ask for a web server.
I wannt to develop on my own computer something, and when I try to wirte the
computer name, it not find it cause its not a web server, and I need to
install at least frontpage 98 and iis 4.0
I wnat to know if it is not installed automaticly when I install Win XP?
