How do I turn off FrontPage Extensions??

I'm using Publisher 2003 and my pictures and links don't work. I used to use Publisher 2000 and had no problem uploading webssite before. I know my web hosting server doesn't use FP extersions. So with out redoing my website is there a way I can turn off
FP extensions??
