FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows

I have Windows XP installed the IIS and Frontpage extension.
I get it the page from frontpage, and the frontpage prompt me user name and
password,
I try to put in the Administator of this PC and password. it keep prompt me
and never go in, can anyone tell me why it happen? and how to correct it.

i have try to change password of administrator but it still not working in
frontpage, is IIS user authentification is using windows logon name?
