I am trying to get the feedback form to automaticly send the feedback responses jto an email address or to a spreadseet. I can't find any instructions or help in the books. Can anyone tell me how to do this or where to find instructions? Thank you so mu

Well for this first you need to have your site hosted on a server which allows frontpage server extentions, then create your form and set the options as below:
Genral ) Send to other SAPI ets
Options )on the top write: /cgi/formail
method: post
then click on advanced tab and enter the hidden field as
recipient give it the value 'rizwan_ul_haq@msn.com' here use your own email address
and upload it to the server, you are done
