database results error

server 2000
IIS 5
all had been working fine for months. now i receive the following message
in my database results page. actually, all asp's are not working. my web
is created on my pc and published to my local server for in house access
only.
Database Results Error
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open
registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x8d0 Thread 0xcac
DBC 0x2277ff4 Jet'.
