Hosting from XP PRO running Server extensions 2002 and IIS 5.1

| I just set this up and can now host a local web site via http://localhost/index.html and the FP extensions work OK.
Now, I understand that my local server can also serve remote clients, so that I can show off my web site, as it develops. I can't find any instructions on how this is done. Can you direct me to where I can find out how to do it?
Any help will be much appreciated.

| Only if you have a fixed IP address from your ISP and a DNS pointing to your URL
