this is my second post about this...lost the first one...

Okay, sadly (I'm sure you guys love this) I have NO idea what a server extension is, how it works or if I even have one installed. I tried installing a 2000 version for FP2000, but it said that it doesn't work with FP2000!

My security option is grayed out and I have read responses to this same problem, but nothing seems to work. My web is ready to go, with the domain name and hosting paid for...but it's going to waste because I don't know my user or password! I can't find t
his "microsoft management" thing, either. I have no idea how to fix this problem.

Anything would help.
Thanks,
Nisha

You must get the user name and password from your host.
