| i purchased my FP last year. I am still learning how to
use it. IT is what i am using for my website now. All is
great. Love the program.. yadda yadda..
I am getting a laptop next week. I want to be able to work
on my website (via FP) when not in my office where my pc
is.
Do really need to buy a whole new copy of it? Or can i use
the one i have and be able to go back and forth with it? i
am the only one using either computer. So of course FP
would never be used at the same time.
But, i heard that i needed to purchase a second copy for
my new laptop. and if i have other computers in the house
that i would need to purchase a separate copy for each of
those, too.
Now here is my dilemma.. i am hearing that there is are
certain elements to the new software that will only allow
the IP address from my pc to read to that disc and i it
won't let me use that disc anywhere else.
So, what am i suppose to do with this program if i want to
sell the PC and keep the software? Am I screwed? Aren't
there "rules" about this?
It is an outrage if it is true.
Any information that one can give me on this would be
great appreciaed. (All information on this topic given to
me after May 24th will be automatically deleted without
being read. Please send your rply and opinions before
that)

| The normal license allows of 1 desktop and 1 laptop installation
- not available on OEM or Academic versions
- you may need to activate the 2nd one using the phone option
To work on the same site from 2 machines always publish changes only to the each machine before and after any edits, or work on you
liver server based site (not recommended)
