Author can't find my server??

Hi,
I have a web site on Yahoo, I have published and made changes many times, now all of a sudden I can seem to upload my changes and I get the message, server error: authoring is disable for this server. Contact your server administrator to enable authoring.
I have contacted Yahoo, and did everything they suggested. I can't seem to find a server that is connected to my frontpage and web address? Can anyone help?
