Is frontpage XP the same as frontpage 2003?

I stumbled across a site with a citrix connection to test
frontpage 2003. It looks a lot different to my sharepoint
which is running on a win2k server, frontpage XP.

I wondered whether it was a later version of Frontpage or
Win2003 that was making it more advanced, the later I
presume.

FrontPage XP is FP 2002.
FP 2003 is the latest version of FP.
