Is it possible to create a site in FP2000 and then
publish it to a server that doesn't support FP
extensions. If so can you point me to directions or KB
articles.

Don't use any features that require extensions. See:
http://office.microsoft.com/assista...=EC010553071033

You would use FTP to upload to the server. Contact your host for the FTP
criteria.
