Frontpage 2003, version control
|

Version control - only makes a previous version if you
modify the document in word from the browser, I want my
users to be able to take the document home off line,
modify at home upload and overwrite the existing document
but keep the document history.
Any ideas.
Thanks

| Not possible under just FP or the FP SE
You need WSS for document version control
If you are using WSS see help on Document versions
- users need to check out the document and your general document library settings need to be set to always create new versions
You many get more specific advice as the WSS newsgroup at
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microso...windowsservices
