FP2003 webbot problems w/ SE2002

| I am currently using FrontPage 2003 and publishing to a
w2k server running IIS5 and Server Extensions 2002. I am
hosting a number of sites all all the same issue. The
problem I am experiencing is this:
Each page of a site has the same content at the footer,
so I decided to use the <!--webbot bot="Include" U-
Include="footer.htm" TAG="BODY" --> option.
Periodically, when I publish to the server, the included
page gets repeated several times into the code of the
file. So as a result the webpage displays the footer
content over and over. The only way to fix this seams to
be to uninstall extensions, reinstall them and re-publish
each html page.
The files on my local Frontpage 2003 client do not
contain the repeated code, so this is being added during
publishing time. Any ideas???

| There are some bugs in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all
