Is It possible to password protect a sub directory for
files with a generic password
using fp2003 and winxp Pro?
I saw some info about fp2002 but not fp2003

Thanks
I followed all the way till
it says type user name and password
I wasnt asked for one and as for tools menu doesnt have
security under it?
I have fp 2003 and win xp pro
something wrong with the setup?

Security must be set up on the remote server, if the host allows. Some
don't.
Open your remote web in FP, and check the security there. If it's greyed
out, your host doesn't allow it and you'll have to contact them to set it
up.

Also, if your host doesn't allow you to create subwebs, you'll need to ask
them about that.

Actually the host is my computer as well
so are there any help on the web to go about setting this
up?
