Server Extn's Admin Error

| Hi,
I'm trying to troubleshoot our intranet booking forms
which use email and Frontpage server extensions 2002.
Whenever I try to access the administration page for the
booking site under "Virtual Server Administration" it
tries for some time to load:
http://192.168.1.15:1234/_vti_bin/_...m/fpadmdll.dll?
page=webadmin.htm
before ultimately failing.
Any ideas why this page would not be accessable?

| The booking form is located on the intranet under:
http://192.168.1.15:1234/booking.htm
on the "Booking" Website in IIS.
