Frontpage 2000 client to FPSE 2002

A client is using Frontpage 2000 and is trying to publish
his site to my webserver. I have FPSE 2002 installed on
my server. When he tries to publish it doesnt throw any
errors but just sits and spins like it wants to but never
does. He has ftp'd the site to me to at least get it up
and working, and I don't get any errors with the site.
He really needs to be able to publish through his
Frontpage app.
Is Frontpage 2000 able to publish to Frontpage 2002
Extensions?
Any help would be great!

Yes
FP2000 supports the FP 2002 SE (or vice versa)
Have him check for any firewalls blocking port 80 and see
