| Is there a test I can perform with FrontPage to check and
see if I am connecting to the server where our web sites
are sitting?

about whether or not I'm connecting to the server while
I'm in FP

| So, if I am able to go to our web sites then I am
connecting to the server for our sites? Is this correct?
If I AM connecting to the server why will FP not work when
changing the site and then trying to upload thru FP to the
web?

| That gets you to A web Site - not all web sites
- to get to other web sites you have to open them the same way
If it is the root web you can also open individual subwebs from there, or if your host allows run Tools Server Admin
