Author Could not find a web server

I have just installed a new hard drive in my machine
and when attempting to open a Web in my Web Folders I
receive the following error message :

"Could not find a web server at 'www._____.com' on port
80. Please check to make sure that the web server name is
valid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you
are sure that everything is correct, the web server may be
temporarily out of service."

The web server IS accessible.I do not know what settings to
change to gain access as I had it before the reformat of
the hard drive.

ANY help to adjust these settings is very graciously
accepted.

Thanks
S

Your FP web in the My Webs Folder (in My Documents) is normally a disc based web, not a server based web
- if you have a web folder there w/ www.something, FP does not support disc based webs w/ a dot in the folder name

Explain what type of local of remote web you have
