No, but it's a good idea to open your live site and recalculate the
hyperlinks every once in a while.

| Anon,
If you are using FrontPage publish, as Kathleen mentioned, no.
If however you have been using FTP upload, then you may need to reset or reinstall the extensions after doing this.

host

| No, you can do it. Just open the remote web in FrontPage.

| If your site supports the FrontPage server extensions, you can do it
yourself:
Open your Internet Web site in FrontPage. To do this, click Open Web on the
File menu.
On the Tools menu, click Recalculate Hyperlinks.
On the File menu, click Close Web.

| Kathleen,
I'm not able to open my web site Live.. can you explain to me like I'm a six year old how to do this...? When I try this I do File-> Open Web, I then type in http://www.mywebsite.com and it brings up a three tiered network logon
If I point it to the site as FTP Locations it says FP doesn't support opening files from FTP servers..
thanks in advance

| And when you get the log in dialog did you enter your user ID and password ?
(as provided by your host)
- what happened when you did?
