Forms not working, comes up with error message

| Open the web that is on the server (using File | Open Web and entering the
URL you normally publish to) and run Recalculate Hyperlink. There are some
more details and instructions on this at:

| My first thought is that the extensions aren't in place on the server or have become corrupt.
The FrontPage form relies on both the extensions and publishing with FrontPage to http location. If you used FTP, the form will not function and this can corrupt the extensions, necessitating a reinstall.
You might first try changing your file results to Formatted text and republish.
If you did publish with FrontPage to http, then try reinstalling or resetting the extensions. And, republish.
