Yesterday we installed Frontpage extentions(2002) and ran
the IIS lockdown tool. From that point, the ColdFusion
application is not functioning. The index is showing
script errors and no one can log in.

I recommend you bring this up in the IIS newsgroup, since the IIS lockdown
tool is covered there.
