Can anyone tell me clearly how to add a sub domain to my
website. I have a folder with all the files in but the
link bars and index page won't work as a separate entity.
How do I make them do this as I can't find any help in
the microsoft help pages.

FP uses Subwebs/Subsites (if your host supports them) to create unique webs under webs
If the folder is a top level folder under your root web, right click it to select Convert to Web, then double click the new web
folder to open it in FP

A subdomain is something your host needs to set up after you have created the FP Subweb
- so that if you have a subweb named "mysubwebname" as a part of your web http://www.yoursitename.com/mysubwebname/ they can make it
a subdomain - say http://www.mysubwebname.yoursitename.com/ pointing to the FP subweb location
