Author hosting networks that advertise frontpage extensions

I have created three web sites using FrontPage Extensions.
Two of them are hosted at a site that uses Windows 2000
servers, the other one that uses Unix based servers. In
the one with the Unix servers they advertise that they
support FrontPage Extensions, yet when I create a forms
page that I want to find and upload files to a folder on
the web site. When I then publish to the site using the
publish option on the file menu, soon after the process
starts I get a message that the site does not have
FrontPage extensions but my control panel for the site
says it does. I go ahead and publish the site then when I
try to use it when I access the html page I get a message
that the server does not have the extensions. I send
support message to them and they reply, we don't support
forms pages using FrontPage Extensions, how is this
possible when they say they do. The hosting network is
Lunarpages.com.

The FP File Upload Component is only supported on Windows IIS with the FP2002 extensions.
