Unable to Upload Web Page to Server

I am unable to upload my web page to the host server. Host says everything
checks out as OK on their end. Publish Web dialog appears to not accept the
Username and Password although they are memorized -- PW wont accept manual
input either.
Personal firewall is disabled. Web Page previews fine in I.E. and Netscape.
Any suggestions? Using FrontPage 2002.
