Although my Username and Password are memorized,
FrontPage will not let me log-in to the Host Server from
Publish Web. Does not work with manual input either. It
just gives me a new log-in screen. Would a password
change help? How do I do this?

Have you contacted your host?

Yes, I have contaced the web host numerous times. They say everything is OK
on their end. A very similar problem occurred earlier, with the solution
being to disable my firewall. McAffee Personal Firewall and Windows firewall
are both currently disabled. Publish Web usually gives only another log-in
box, but once gave an error message stating it could not find a web server on
Port 80. However, I can access the web page to which I am trying to upload
new information by logging on with two separate browsers.

Try browsing to the site in IE, then File Menu | Edit with FP

Also try accessing the site in FP via http://ipaddress instead of the domain name
