Where did you get the extensions that you are trying to install? I would first suggest install the
once that are included with the IIS install on the Windows XP Pro CD.

Don't try to run FP from the link in the IIS MMC or FP Admin pages, just launch FP as you normally
would, then use File Menu | Open Web / Site to access your web.

If FP open a page in html or code view, it means that FP can not parse the html for the page
correctly, so to avoid destroying the page, FP open it in html / code view.

But give me the steps you are using to open the site via File Menu | Open Web / Site.

Ok, try

1. File Menu | Open Web
2. Double click site to open the Open Web Dialog
3. Enter Login info, then click Ok
4. When site opens, (do not select anything in this dialog unless it is a folder with a globe on it
[subweb / site]), click Open.

I am not getting the request to enter login information.
I am assuming this is in front page right?

Correct, and you should get a login, prompt but if working locally under IIS, this may not happen,
but if going to a remote server you should at all time get the prompt.

Anyway, skipping the login dialog, are you clicking Open when you see the dialog with all of the
folder within the web?
