Administrator tool "page cannot be found"

Running Windows Server 2000 with IIS 5.0, successfully
installed FPSE2002 with all appropriate updates and the
security patch. Problem is I can't get to the HTML
Administrator tool pages. Every time I try, it always
comes up with a "page cannot be found" error. However, if
I just enter "//<servername>:port#/" without any of the
parameters requiring the fpadmdll.dll, it at least renders
the administration start page.

What do I have misconfigured here? Is there a parameter
or extension I need to allow execution for on IIS? I have
it locked down pretty tight...
