Can't run Frontpage 2002

| After a successful installation of Frontpage 2002 on my
XP machine, when I try to start the program Frontpage
encounters a problem and needs to close and I have the
option to restart Frontpage, if I choose this then it
informs me that Frontpage failed to start correctly and
do I want to start in safe mode, if I click yes then it
installs again and the problem goes back to the start of
the loop.
Please help me

| Doesn't sound like a successful install
- reinstall FP (turn of any background programs or virus protection)
