Source control & FP2003

| Just upgraded FP2002 to FP2003, and now the remote web source control
(document check-in and check-out) is malfunctioning. I can log in and check
out a document, but I cannot check it back in. FP reports that the document
is locked and checked out by me.
I seem to remember that this was fixed for FP2002...? Any suggestions?

| Try turning Document check in off, then back on

| Did that. No good. Also recalculated hyperlinks, deleted and recreated my
username...
The server: Win2K Server, IIS5.0, URLScan, FPSE 2002. All hotfixes and
patches installed.
The problem client: WinXP Pro, FrontPage 2003.
The OK clients: Win2K Pro, FrontPage 2002.
Anyone have a solution??? Thanks.

| I encountered a similar problem as soon as I added XP to the mix. FP 2003 vs
2002 seems to not matter, it is XP client not liking non-XP server.
technical huh? Temp solution is to work without source control. See MS FP
MVP response to my issue at top of thread or search on "Erin"
