i get this error message the server extensions were unable to acc.

I just re-formatted my comp.and now when i open my site on the net and try to
edit it i get this error message "The server extensions were unable to access
the file "frontpg.lck" i am using front page 2000. and i am not sure where to
go from here, can anyone help..

Did you restore any files from a CD
- if so remove all read only attributes for all files/ folder restored from a CD
