FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows

Using FP2002 - Trying to create hyperlinks to existing pages in my web. Drop
down is blank, none of existing pages show. When I type in the address to
the page I want to link, the link does not save.

Do you actually have a web open, or just a page?
BTW, this is not related to FrontPage Server Extensions.
