**if this is not the correct NG, please direct me as

Server is IIS6, OS is 2003 SP1, FPSE2002 is extended

Items using the extensions do not function- they say
extensions are not installed
On the server, I logged in as Administrator (tried my other
user accounts as well)
Expanded IIS, and tried to check extensions- permission
denied
Removed extensions, and re-extended. Same results

never could publish via http from FP2000 either

Is the IIS running on an NTFS partition, you can check the same in the
properties of the installed drive.

If it is not NTFS ..try the command "drive:\convert drive: /fs:ntfs" ..make
sure u replace "drive" with actual drive letter
