hi,

I got a srv2003 SP1 and using fp2003.

How can i make sure that i can make a weblog with the template.

What happens now is i make a website set it to the server and everything
works fine.

When i insert a form fp tells me when i upload make sure the server you are
uploading to has srv extensions2002 installed.

No problem so far cuz i can install them, so i first upload the files i see
them in iss and click right and choose task, install srv extensions 2002

Then it stalls and i keep seeing wait configuring and it keeps there
forever. I dont have a clue what can be wrong. Thats after i set the username
granting rights

Is it something i need to do before i install extensions?

If you can explain what steps to take to make it work i would be very
thankfull it has taken 3 weeks now to figure it out so i have given up in
someway.

Maybe the sahrepoint installing has something to do with it?

I was experiencing a similar problem where the "Please wait while.." message
appeared and never completed. I have discovered this is an issue with SP1.
However, when I rebuilt my server without SP1 and try to install/configure
extensions on a website I receive the message:

"The server administration programs and the server extensions on the web
server are not compatible. The administration program is too old to use with
this server."

At this time I haven't found a resolution to this problem.

Use Start->Administrative Tools->Microsoft Sharepoint Administrator
to configure the extensions.
